Thanks, Joel. For what it's worth, I'll be reviewing it for The Imaginative Conservative. Just about to dive in. Also, I love Socrates!

So glad this was recorded! Thanks. (I just edited a book that Jeff G developed. Small world.)

Hah! Small world, indeed. Good notes, btw, Phil. :)

I’m enjoying your book so much-the word I’m using as I recommend it is “fascinating”- so much interesting history. I’m almost finished with it. For those of us who love books, this is a great one!!

Can’t wait to read it! 😁

I hope you love it, dude!

Great work lately. FYI--You have a typo in your last post. It's Andrew Spencer who reviewed your book at TGC, not "Spence Spencer."

Well, that’s embarrassing! Thanks for catching it. Fixed.

Legit, Jeff has great hair! I really wished I could have attended the talk in person; geeked out y’all were doing this, and I’d love to meet you both one day! #goals

They won't let me review it because I'm not "qualified" by their standards, but rest assured your book has a place of honor on my shelves.

I really enjoyed listening to the talk. I haven't purchased the book yet, but it will be in my Amazon cart soon. I look forward to reading it.

Haha. I always feel awkward talking about this sort of thing. Thankfully, y’all are gracious about it. Also, thanks for getting the book. I bet you’ll enjoy it and that it’ll give you a few fresh angles for appreciating books.

A providential blunder at best. But I’ll take it!
