Opinions About Books Are Every Bit as Powerful as Those Within Them. Reviewing ‘The Library’ by Andrew Pettegree and Arthur der Weduwen
I sometimes think about my own mini-Alexandria library. Many subjects, but probably the majority being theological, business, history, and military studies. I have a significant number (I’ve never counted) of physical books, but also a growing library of digital books. I sometimes wonder whether, when I’m gone, there will be people who appreciate them as much as I do. Will they end up rotting somewhere (the physical books) or disappear in a binary flash (the digital books)? Makes me a little sad.
